Safe (looking)
Cons:
Surrounded by neighbors/Thin walls, floors
Stairs - hard to move in
Long, more expensive commute (+30 min/+$100 month)
Drive to everything/nothing within walking distance
Pet Fee
Car parking is not assigned, park outside-pain in the winter

Tough to get into (we are on a never ending wait list)/Availability
